Customer behavior analytics for prop firms

Marketing Analytics. Know how your buyers behave, not just what they spent.

Every prop firm knows its revenue. Far fewer know which channel brought the buyer, which countries convert and when a cohort quietly starts to leave. This layer answers that.

What you can see

One place for the behavior behind the numbers. Every card is a live view, not a monthly report assembled by hand.

  • Behavior before funding

Which page, which offer, how many attempts before a buyer commits.

  • Behavior after funding

Activity and program moves once funded, so you see who settles in and who drifts.

  • Acquisition channels

Which channels bring buyers who fund, with attribution carried to the trader.

  • Country and campaign

Where you sell often, where you sell well, and where the two disagree.

  • Cohort retention

Retention by cohort, with churn warnings before a group goes quiet.

  • New vs returning

First time buyers and long standing clients, priced as two different problems.

  • Program contribution

Revenue, pass rates and active accounts, program by program.

  • Abandoned cart

Checkouts started but never paid, where they drop, and what wins them back.

How it works

Four steps from raw activity to a decision your team can act on.

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Trading platform, dashboard, payments and ad attribution feed one place. Nothing is merged by hand.

  2. Step 2

    Model

Your programs, targets and payout rules define the metrics. A pass rate here is your pass rate.

  3. Step 3

    Monitor

Views update as the firm trades and campaigns run. Channels, cohorts and retention stay current.

  4. Step 4

    Act

Filter to the cohort, channel, region or program, pull the chart and decide. Custom charts on request.

The things people ask about marketing analytics

Where do the numbers come from?

From your own platform and your own ad accounts. Trading activity, evaluations, payments, account records and campaign attribution feed the same layer, so there is no export, no manual merge and no argument about which spreadsheet is current.

Can you tie ad spend to funded traders, not just leads?

That is the point of the attribution step. A channel is judged on the traders it funded and the payouts they cleared, not on the leads it delivered. If you already run attribution tooling, we connect to it rather than replacing it.

Can I get a chart that is not in the standard set?

Yes. Custom charts are part of the service. Tell us the question you are trying to answer and we build the view, rather than handing you a builder and wishing you luck.

How far back does the data go?

From the day your firm goes live on the platform. If you are migrating from another provider, bringing historical records across is scoped on the first call, because how much survives depends on what your current system will release.
